We will never try to make profit from shipping but please note that our shipping price is for Postage and Packaging costs.

We are not responsible for any import charges you may be charged from your country to receive an item from our location (UK).  These charges are set by your country and we do not get any of the costs you may have to pay.

There are no import charges within the UK.

Where possible all of the items we sell will be sent using a Tracked service.  Within the UK items are sent Royal Mail tracked and outside the UK would also usually be sent via Royal Mail Tracked.

Dispatch times can vary, especially at busy times of the year.  If you need something urgently its always better to contact us first and then we can offer potentially quicker courier services (at the customers cost).
