Returns
A return will only be accepted for a faulty or damaged item.
A return must be started within 2 working days of receiving the item.
You will need to return the item within 5 working days of starting your return.
Responsibility for returning the item is with the customer. We would advise you to always return an item using a tracked service. We do not reimburse for return postage costs.
